Bill is the premier and exclusive realtor for The Homes at Berry Ridge, an extraordinary custom home development. His hassle-free approach will ensure your dream home becomes a reality. 

As you embark on this exciting journey, Bill will personally guide you through every step of the process, from selecting the perfect home site to finalizing the purchase agreement. He will also help you explore the available home sites and will assist you in reserving your desired lot for an exclusive 30-day period.

During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our esteemed builder, Legacy Builders NRV, to design and customize your home according to your unique preferences.

See our custom design-build process below! Our builder will work closely with you to refine your vision and ensure every detail is meticulously incorporated into the final design. A minimal $5,000 fully refundable deposit is required to reserve your lot, giving you peace of mind as you proceed with your design plans.

As the design is finalized, the overall costs will be determined, and a comprehensive purchase agreement will be issued. This agreement serves as the final step to solidify your ownership of the lot and initiate the construction of your dream home.

  • No “Standard” Package: We guide you through the selection of every single element — from the type of foundation to the thickness of the countertops and the efficiency of the HVAC system. There are no pre-selected “packages” or limited menus.
  • Beyond the Catalog: If you envision it, we source it. Whether it’s reclaimed wood beams, custom-milled cabinetry, or a specific foreign-made tile, your home is built using materials chosen entirely by you.

4. Ground-Up Construction & Quality Assurance

  • Site-Specific Foundation: The build begins with a foundation engineered specifically for your property’s soil and topography, ensuring structural integrity from the start.
  • Transparent Communication: You receive regular updates and site walk-throughs. Our project management ensures the high-quality craftsmanship associated with truly custom, ground-up construction.

  • We Do Not: Force you to choose from a limited book of “models” or floor plans.
  • We Do Not: Charge excessive fees to make minor changes to a pre-drawn plan.
